Responsibilities of the Human Resource Director


  • Develop programs to enhance employee relations
  • Ensure that new hire orientation and training properly engages new employees
  • Determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
  • Maintaining clear communication with the Administrators


Requirements of the Human Resource Director


  • Minimum 3 years Human Resource supervisory position
  • Human Resource Certification
  • Understanding of local, state and federal employment laws
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Conflict management ability is key
