We are looking for the following qualifications:
–Maturity -we’re looking for someone with lots of experience who can come in and work with a seasoned team. Knowledge of dental insurance is highly desirable
– Ability to work and learn independently-owners will offer guidance but do not micromanage.
-Work with longstanding staff members cooperatively and effectively
–5 days per week (split 50/50 between the two offices) 8:15 – 5:15 (M-F) with an hour lunch. During holiday periods and school vacations (including the summer from June through the end of August) we work 7:45-3:45 and take a 30min lunch break.
– Public relations – in charge of advertising and all other promotional activities
– HR/ Record keeping – time sheets, sick time, vacation time, employee benefits (short term disability, health insurance, FSA accounts) heavily involved in Employee reviews on an annual basis. All hiring and firing of staff in accordance with owners
–Communication – Expected to run annual or semiannual staff meetings End of month reports efficient use of MS Excel to track progress of the financials of the practice.
– Supervisory– all front desk employees, implementing process improvements for optimal flow. Ensure all staff are properly cross-trained.
