Job Description:

Currently looking for a Health Center Practice Administrator for an exciting opportunity in a fast pace, rapid growth ophthalmology practice.  Interested candidates should have previous office and management experience.

Responsibilities of the Administrator

  • Oversee ophthalmology practice day to day operations
  • Supervising employees
  • Assisting in practice growth and rejuvenation
  • Maintaining clear communication with the Doctor(s)

Requirements of the Administrator

  • Minimum 5 years of Vision Management or Operations experience
  • Proven record of success in process improvement and overall practice growth
  • Experience managing staff / excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and software programs quickly
  • Operational and financial reporting and analysis
