Job Description:
Currently looking for a Practice Manager for an exciting opportunity in an expanding ophthalmology practice.  Interested candidates should have previous management and ASC block scheduling experience

Responsibilities of the Practice Manager

  • Oversee ophthalmology day to day operations
  • Direct supervision of the staff
  • Billing, staffing, accounting. Coordinate with IT, HR, and marketing
  • Handles all aspects of planning surgical procedures with hospitals and ASC

Requirements of the Practice Manager

  • Minimum 5 years of Vision Management or Operations experience
  • Proven record of success in improving flow and overall practice growth
  • Experience managing staff / excellent communication skills
  • Expert in time management skills
