Job Description:

Currently looking for a Practice Administrator/ HR for an excellent opportunity in a high volume, Full medical, growing Optometry practice. Interested candidates should be ready to assume responsibility of managing and motivating all branch managers. Responsible for all HR functions

Responsibilities of the Administrator

  • Oversite of each location to ensure uniformity in excellence
  • Customer service resolution (Understanding of Long Island’s diverse cultures)
  • Adept at utilizing ADP HR Software 
  • Must be growth motivated and capable (multi-location to expand)
  • Communication with the Owner Dr. on information and technology
  • Team building activities and motivation

Requirements of the Administrator

  • Minimum 3 years of Management and HR experience
  • Highly positive temperament, leadership and organizational skills
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
