Currently looking for Practice Operations manager of Revenue for an excellent opportunity in a high volume, multi-specialty, growing Ophthalmology practice. Interested candidates should be able toassume the point person position in conjunction with the outsourced Revenue Cycle Management company

Responsibilities of the Manager


  • Oversite of Billing, Revenue Cycle, AP/AR, Payroll, Journal entries
  • Provide leadership in adhering to the budget
  • Financial Analysis, Reporting monthly to Revenue Management
  • Cultivate trust and interpersonal relationships with managing Doctors and staff


Requirements of theManager


  • Minimum 3 years Revenue background within a medical practice
  • Ophthalmology financial experience a plus but not required
  • Must possess a high level of integrity and reliability
  • Excellence in efficiency and organization, must be hands on/proactive
